Please be aware that it is IMPERATIVE to maintain a balanced pelvis, as this is one major key in your self care therapy. Since the spine sits on top of the pelvis and the lower extremities are directly connected to the pelvis, everything above and below will be “off” and eventually lead to compensation, dysfunctional movement patterns and ultimately pain.
